Toronto, Ontario – July 14, 2009 – Oneworld Energy Inc., an emerging leader in the design, management and servicing of wind and solar power installations, announced it has acquired 100% of the shares of CWC Wind Power ApS (“CWP”), a Danish based wind developer from Clean World Capital A/S (“CWC”).
CWP has a pipeline of 263 MW of wind energy projects in Europe and South America and provides EPC and commercial and technical O&M expertise to renewable energy projects in Europe. CWP is also active in commercial management of solar farms in Europe for 3rd party owned solar farms.
