Wind Power Generation Development Division
Green Breeze Energy Inc.
Green Breeze Energy Inc. was founded in 2003 with a focus on the development of wind projects in North America.
Green Breeze Energy Inc. has positioned its self for success by building a portfolio of over 15 wind power generation projects. Green Breeze Energy Inc. employs a strategy of pursuing and sourcing low-impact projects in multiple locations. Green Breeze’s careful selection process begins with early-stage screening utilizing a pre-specified list of criteria including:
- superior wind resources justifying the construction of a commercial facility;
- access to transmission;
- access to long-term PPAs or long-term FIT contracts with profitable pricing for supply of energy to utilities or independent power producers;
- satisfactory environmental conditions;
- suitable terrain and geographic features conducive to the development of wind power generation projects;
- visible growth in demand for electricity within the geographic region;
- financial incentives available at the federal, regional and state/provincial levels;
- regional and local political support of renewable energy development;
- permitting and zoning policies that allow wind farm development; and
- no significant geopolitical/sovereign risks.
- strong relationships with a network of highly competent and experienced partners to provide a complete turnkey wind project solution.
