Solar Turnkey Integration and Advisory Divisions

Oneworld’s solar turnkey integration and advisory divisions offer the following services for both ground mounted and roof mounted solar energy systems in Europe and North America:

Development, Design and Advisory Services – Oneworld provides development, design and advisory services which include site sourcing, project design (including electrical, mechanical and structural features), meeting permitting and regulatory compliance standards, pricing evaluations, project finance sourcing, materials sourcing, and locating engineering needs for the balance of the project’s construction.

Construction Services – Oneworld provides its execution expertise in delivering a fully operational project to its clients. This includes the negotiation of PPAs, the procurement of components (solar panel modules, inverters etc.), the commissioning of the project, and the interconnection of the project to the local utility grid.

Operations and Maintenance Services – Oneworld provides operation and maintenance services which include the daily maintenance of project systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation and the maintenance and repair of solar inverters.

Component Procurement and Distribution – Oneworld procures and distributes polysilicon, solar chips and wafers, solar panel modules, inverters/converters, and other associated components to solar markets through established distribution agreements with a number of partners.

Oneworld operates its turnkey solar integration and advisory services division through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Oneworld Solar Corp. and Oneworld Solar Inc. Its divisions also include a sourcing and distribution company, WElink Global Limited, as a complement to the services operations of Oneworld Solar Corp. In some cases, Oneworld works specifically for a third party that requires a turnkey integration and advisory company to design, develop, construct and commission their solar energy park while in other circumstances Oneworld designs, develops, constructs and commissions its own solar energy parks and then sells them to third parties.

• WElink Group Limited pprovides Oneworld Solar Corp. with procurement and distribution services for polysilicon, solar wafers and solar modules, and also provides engineering quality control, supply chain and logistics, project management and marketing services to its clients. These activities form a large part of the service offerings in the turnkey solar integration and advisory division.
• Oneworld Solar Corp’s target market is commercial solar power projects in the EU and Ontario, for both ground-mounted PV solar systems and rooftop PV solar systems from 250 kW to 50 MW in capacity. Through OSC, Oneworld offers its mid-to-large sized commercial clients the full complement of its turnkey integration and advisory service offerings. To date, OSC has concentrated the provision of its service offerings in regions where a long-term FIT program has been enacted, solar radiation is average to above average and there is an appetite for ownership of solar energy projects (including Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, France, Austria, Macedonia and Ontario), with the aim of delivering long-term returns on investment for and to its clients.
